Cerno Tech contacted me to help developing and maintain the corporate website. This time the design was already finished and my main tasks were to define and develop the SSG.
The key elements we discussed and decided was focusing on modularity and keeping readability always as the priority.
After some iterations the site was finally done and every detail addressed. We made some improvements to the initial design like adding some “return” links on the blog posts and resizing the left margin to make it more functional while respecting the style of the initial design.
These kinds of projects help me to understand how Designers and Developers should handle their deliverables and interact between them. I love walking over that fine line that divides the pure Dev world from the pure Design world.
